Austin 1100 i Morris 1100

razlika je bila u boji kokpita.Austin je imal srebrnu dok je Morris koristil crnu kao završnu boju...



1100-1300 1968 mark2



1300 (Austin, Morris, MG, Riley, Vanden Plas i Wolseley) ponuđeni istovremeno kad i 1100 MK2 ali sa 1275cc motorom(single-karburator ) pojačanim kočionim sustavom i novim maskama (Austin and Morris). automatik je opcija kod modela MG, Riley, Vanden Plas i Wolseley
1968 stiže i 1275cc sa dvostrukim rasplinjačima

1969 BMC lansira dva nova modela. Austin i Morris 1300 GT. GT su prozvali "Performance car",imal je duple frge,1275 cc motor,ovjes je bio dorađen,auto je bio nešto spušteniji od std verzije. motor je bio identičan onima u MG i Wolseley. vinil na krovu (kao kasnije na mini special modelima), aluminijski volan sa tri prečke,crno/kromirane felge,brojač okretaja...




sljedeče ušminkavanje donijelo je opet razliku između 1100 i 1300 modela.ovaj slabiji imal je jednu kromiranu lajsnu na maski dok je jači model bil nakičeniji i imal ih je tri...

i mada večina vlasnika minića koji su prebacivali motore iz austin/morris 1300 modela vjeruje da svi imaju križeve i tunel šaltheblu (sa drugačijim smjerom vezanja šarafa nego mini) evo jedan podatak koji tvrdi suprotno. od 1972 godine makše su zgledale ovak:

MG 1300 S radil se od 1967. d0 1971. godine...






1300 GT stroj,zbog čega je najčešće nastajala ovakva slika kaj se tiče ADO 16 modela...

da se mogu vuči mnoge paralele sa minićima vidi se i na ovom modelu. Wolseley 1300 model 1972. godina.



ili jedan Riley...



MG 1300,godina 1968.

izuzetno rijedak model-morris 1300 mk2 Crayford Convertible(1969)






Zanimljivo je da se vani gotovo ni ne spominje IMVova proizvodnja ,vjerovatno im je neugodno jer je bila bolja od "orginala"...najviše kaj se da nač je natpis da je u tvornici u Novom Mestu 1969. počelo sklapanje ADO 16 modela,ili kak to vole naznačiti CKD Austin 1300 koji se izrađuje u tvornici u Longbridge-u...

Nichiei Jidosha,zastupnik za Japan '70ih je među ostalim BMC proizvodima organiziral prodaju modela 1300.
